Marketing Specialist
Watts Basketball is in search of a talented and highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team.
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for helping drive Watts Basketball’s growth through visual marketing, digital marketing, and video production. Using these mediums, this position will also help generate leads to increase business sales.
Job Description:
- Managing the development, implementation, monitoring and optimizing of marketing campaigns.
- Studying our website to ascertain what changes can be made to optimize our SEO and increase search visibility and rankings.
- Managing our website’s content to ensure a world class customer experience.
- Tracking the performance of each marketing initiative for reporting so that recommendations can be made for improvements.
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to our website.
- Overseeing our social media strategy.
- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Assist with developing marketing strategies for promoting programs and services through the use of flyers, posters, and brochures.
- Planning, gathering, editing, and distributing our video marketing pieces.
- Managing event marketing efforts at tournaments and trade shows around Western Washington.
- Build relationships with coaches and parents with the goal of fostering new business opportunities.

Summer Basketball Trainer
Watts Basketball is looking for qualified and skilled on-court trainers to bolster our team this summer. Previous playing and coaching experience is required.
Job Description:
- Provide basketball instruction to age groups ranging from 8-18 year olds with skill levels ranging from beginner to elite.
- Assist in promotion of Watts Basketball in the Greater Seattle Area.
Job Requirements:
- Positively uphold the integrity of the Watts Basketball brand
- In-depth knowledge of the game of basketball
- Clear ability to teach the game of basketball to youth
- Understanding of how to translate basketball learning moments into life lessons
- Ability to foster strong relationships with parents
